Planning granted for Sutton Square[21/07/2007]Inner London Group's planning application for their Sutton Square development in Sutton Rd. Southend-on-Sea was approved at a meeting of the Development Control Committee on 19/07/07. Planning was granted for the development of a part three, part four, part five storey building of 66 apartments with private balconies. ILG see this successful application as a first step towards the major regeneration of this part of Southend-on-Sea and are delighted that the planning process has been successfully completed. |
